Laurel Fork Rustic Retreat and the BSFNRRA in general are home to hundreds of migratory and resident songbirds, hummingbirds, waterfowl, upland game birds and birds of prey, including hawks, owls and the majestic Bald Eagle during winter months.  See more information on Birds in the Big South Fork.
