Rental Rates and House Rules

$175/night for up to 4 people
$20/night for each additional adult
$5/night for each additional child (under 12)
SPECIAL OFFER: Stay for 6 or more nights, get additional night free
$25/per pet per stay (max 2 pets unless owner gives permission for more)
First bundle of firewood is supplied free. $10/per additional bundle of wood used
$50 cleaning fee
Check-in: 3:00 pm; Check-out: 11:00 am
Two-night stay minimum except for the following holidays when there is a three-night minimum: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the weekend of the World's Longest Yard Sale (begins the first Thursday in August)
Non-smoking
No fires left unattended, ever, inside or outside.
